How do I book a massage?

Simply go onto our ‘Mobile Massage’ page and you can use our online booking system. Alternatively you can telephone our office to speak to somebody in our team instantly.

How quickly can I get a massage?

We can get our Therapists out to you within an hour of your booking being confirmed.

Where can I find your price list?

You can find this information on our Mobile Massage page.

How do I pay for my booking?

Massage appointments are paid by cash at time of booking. We now accept local and international card payments. Packaged bookings, require payment in advance by invoice and bank transfers.

I have never had a massage before, can you help me?

Of course! We actually have a dedicated page, on beginner massage guides for clients. Do not hesitate to take a look at it on our website or call us to discuss your requirements and questions.

Does you come to me or do I go to you?

Our Therapists work mobile, so will always come to you.

What is a four-hand massage?

A four hand Massage involves two of our Therapists performing a synchronised massage. Think of it as two massages in one! Most of clients have quote it as an “unforgettable experience”.

What is the meaning of Contra-indications?

Contraindication is a term used when not to perform any treatments that may induce a life threatening situation. As a massage therapist, it is crucial that we identify a client’s health before treatment, with a form signed by both parties. If you think you may have a contra-indication, please discuss this with your Therapist and display any letters from your doctor that’s states you are eligible for massage treatments.

How do I receive confirmation of my booking?

You will receive a confirmation email after your booking has been made and a confirmation text from your therapist.

I am really enjoying my massage, can I extend the session?

Yes you can. Just check first with the therapist that they are able to.

What are your opening and closing times?

We are open from 9:30am till 10.30pm Monday to Sunday.

I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment.

Please let your therapist know of the changes or simply call us on 020 8150 9109. Cancellations must be made 8-24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Can I tip the therapist?

Yes of course. You can tip the Therapist during the time of booking by cash.

How do I book a massage table?

Massage Tables can be booked at any time before your appointment via our booking system. Please note there is a small fee of £5 per 1 massage table.

What do I need to prepare for the session?

Please prepare some towels for you to lay on and to cover yourself with. It would be good to have a glass of water handy after your massage to revive and hydrate your body.

We recommend you take 5 – 10 minutes before your massage, to neutralise your heart rate and relax your mind.

What do I need to wear?

Please remove all clothing and cover yourself with an appropriate towel when ready for your massage. You can keep your underwear on if it is more comfortable. We do advise no underwear so our Therapists can reach areas such as your glutes but this is optional and something you will discuss with your therapist before commencing.

Can I get a happy ending?

Of course not!

What if I get aroused during my session?

Please do not worry as this is can happen to anybody at any time. We suggest that you take a few moments pause with the treatment until you are ready to commence again. Please do not feel embarrassed but we strictly advise you to relax and enjoy the massage for the treatment you chose.

How do I claim my loyalty rewards?

Don’t worry! You will be notified in advance and at time of booking of your loyalties via email or text.

I am due a free 30minute extension on my massage but can I use it on another booking?

You can use your reward on another day. Please note that rewards cannot be passed to another person but may be used with offers and discounts available to you at the time.

Why do I have to provide my personal details when making a booking?

Safety and protection for both the Therapist and Client is important to us. We ask for full address and contact details, simply to confirm the location of booking and so our therapists are able to plan our journey in advance. We also send you a text to confirm the booking directly. We can assure 100% Client confidentiality personal details are not passed onto third parties.

Workshops FAQ

Where are you located?

Our workshops are in held in our studio based in Blackheath, London.

How do I know which course is right for me?

Our workshops are entirely up to you and what you would like to achieve. Many of our students take the 2 day course to get as much practise time with their tutor as possible.

We recommend our 1 day workshop which includes an optional free massage if you are a complete beginner and curious to understand the basics of the industry. We are able to discuss any personal matters that you want to include to make your experience more effective.

Do I need previous experience?

You do not need previous experience, although some experience or knowledge will of course be efficient to your study.

We have designed a unique programme that teaches the difference between technique and touch, so whether you are experienced or not, you will always gain new qualities.

Will I receive a qualification after completing my workshop?

You will receive a certificate of attendance for all of our workshops. We do not provide qualifications, nor do we certify you as a qualified Therapist.

What is a contra-indication?

Contraindication in ‘massage’ term, is when you do not perform a massage on somebody if they have a condition that may be dangerous or life threatening. For example: any skin infections (fungal), under the influence of drugs/alcohol, recent strokes or diseases. You may seek medical permission for an conditions sush as pregnancy, diabetes, slipped disc, recent surgery or Asthma. Please view our terms and conditions page to find more of these listed.

Can I book a massage with my workshop?

Yes of course!

What payment methods are available?

Workshops are paid in full via bank transfer. An invoice will be sent out to you with payment information.

Will we be massaging somebody or will we be practising on me?

We will provide a massage model to practise on. Female or male models will be at your preference.

What happens if I am late to my workshop?

We are happy to wait but we cannot guarantee to extend this time lost at the end of the workshop. If you think you will be more than 30 minutes late, you will have the option to transfer their course to a later date, at a charge of £30. This is to cover any of our losses and preparation.

An emergency has come up and I can only attend one out of two days of your workshop. What do I do?

At last case if you cannot make the second day of your course, you will have the option to do it at a later date with a small fee of £30. This fee must be paid before or on the day of your re-scheduled day.

Do you supply refreshments?

Hot/Cold drinks and biscuits will be provided.

Can I do more training with you after the workshops if I feel I need it?

Sure. We normally do this by booking you in for the same costs and times as our full body massage sessions. You can view our price information via the Mobile Massage Page.

I would like to leave a review about my workshop. How can I do this?

You can leave a review by visiting our Testimonials page. If you type our business name into Google search, you will also find a section to drop your review via our Google Page!

What will I need to bring to my workshop?

Please bring refreshments for in between breaks. There will be a shop nearby but we advise not to leave the studio, so we don’t fall behind with time.

I have never had a massage before. Should I get one before I attend a workshop?

This is not compulsory and will not affect your experience with us. Massages are wonderful so if you would like to try it out, please do! Our 1 day workshop includes an optional 60 minute full body massage. Please visit our Workshop pages for more information.

What do I wear?

We recommend you wear, loosely fitted clothing. t-shirt and leggings or loose trousers. Please also bring warm socks or indoor footwear.

Do you supply workshop aftercare and support?

Yes. For anybody that wants to look into a future career in the health and Beauty industry and for others who want to carry on practising their skills, we offer unlimited tips and advice via any source of communication. This will be discussed before and after your workshop to get you the best regular after care.
